This project includes designing, developing, supporting, and quality insurance testing Drupal web form, PDF form, Html form, website Accessibility WCAG compliancy and web Usability. WET template was created for the new V3 website. It has been successfully met with Accessibility and Usability.
The client: City of Ottawa
The problem: There is lots of forms on City's website. We need to centralize them and standardize the forms to make it consistent all over the website.
The user: It's public facing. The users are all the residents.
Research: A brain storm has been conducted to provide the diverse solution idea.
Design Process: These forms needs to be consistent, no matter what format it is, PDF form, HTML form, or web form on Drupal site. Also it needs to meet accessibility, usability, and other requirements.
Results: We set the design pattern and standard, which has passed the process and approval for any future form developing.
